S Corporation Structure

QMDLG Marketing, Inc. is structured as an S Corporation, a designation that allows us to benefit from pass-through taxation. This means that income, losses, deductions, and credits flow directly to shareholders, avoiding the double taxation typically associated with traditional corporations.
To qualify as an S Corporation, we adhere to specific IRS requirements, including having fewer than 100 shareholders, maintaining only one class of stock, and ensuring all shareholders are U.S. citizens or residents. This structure supports our commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficient tax management.
